How it all works
At Copy Run, we do our best to complete projects in a professional and timely manner. Over our many years, we have developed a process that helps us meet this goal.

Customized Quotes
All jobs start with a quote. This is where we find out what you want printed / What size it should be / How many to print / and what type of paper stock to print on. We use a custom bidding software that is updated regularly. This allows us to provide fair and competitive pricing.

Design / Proof
In this step you provide us with your art files, logo, design ideas and other information needed to complete the design. We create or adjust the art for printing and then email digital proofs to the customer. We can also provide a physical proof for unique projects or in cases where a certain design element is critical.

Printing / Finishing
Once you have approved the proofs we get to work making the print layout, printing the document, and finishing the project. Finishing has many optional steps such as folding, stapling, binding, gluing, etc. Once the project has been through all the necessary steps, the customer receives an email notification that also has their invoice and a secure link to pay online.
